The original recipe appeared in the 12th century in Bretagne, which we modernized with a recipe that gains in flavours and will delight every palate. Savoury or sweet... you have got a great selection to pick from.

There is a savory version called “la galette” as well as a sweet one "la crêpe». Both combined make the perfect lunch.

​Often imitated, but never matched… “La crêpe” has many cousins:  Eastern Europe’s blinis, Mexican tortillas, but also griddlecakes, buttermilk pancakes, or even the famous fluffy American pancakes.

In France, crêperies are quite trendy! With time, they became one of the most appreciated and friendliest dishes, much appreciated by the population.
